I have a bizarre problem with my hyperlinks! My document has a table of contents panel on each page, which you can use to click to any page in the document.

I have tried ‘save as’ and ‘export to pdf’, and both produce the same results. The hyperlinks work fine in the Word document, and I have also tried hyperlinking to headings and bookmarks to see if there was any difference, but there isn’t.
